Civilization 5 - Is this normal?

Civ 5 AI only produces war units, zero infrastructure. Not really fun when you're the only one playing the game like it's supposed to be played.

I'm playing the game ten times (once on each difficulty) just to see how well that goes. lol

I'd like to know the results when you're done.

I would suggest you use that money to rush buy stuff in your newer and/or smaller cities.

Money just sitting in the treasury is money not being put to good use.
