Is it possible to make a brick that when you click on it opens an inventory-like window that you can store items in? It would be handy for RPGs, TDMs or anything else since I don't know every sort of server people host.

Couldn't the GUI work the same way RTB's server control works? You don't need to have RTB downloaded to see that.
