Personal teleporter

This one is simple.
It's a small item.
Use it, and it breifley charges for a second or two.
Once ready, it takes you to a named brick defined in the RTB prefs.

There are 4 different teleporters, so you can have them for a MOBA style recall in TDMs.

It would probably /setteleporter [brickname] or something like that.

This could easily be done with VCE events. just set it so your BL_ID would be the only one to be allowed to use it. As an item, however, would be a great idea. /SUPPORT
