Extreme 50 users will get speeds of 105mbps.

In other words, everyone will still get 5mbps, despite what they're paying for.

50 megabits = 6.25 megabytes
105 megabits = 13.12 megabytes

With 50 I can seem to top off at about 8mb/s with Steam.
