RPG Game Ideas?

So Games, I'm going to a game design camp in 1 week and am making an rpg game based off the engine in the game Neverwinter Nights 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82TSz2_UDxU). I'm curious: Do you guys have any interesting, original ideas for an RPG? To be honest I'm not the most creative guy and have no idea what I'd like to make a game about so I need ideas.

..except that the courses at this program are relatively advanced, taught at colleges and are aimed at an age range like, 15-17 and has prerequisites to enter so that newbies won't be stuck in it.
