Those times when you feel like Steam is literally flipping you the shaft

Like, when a download was going on for 8 hours and was at 95%, then suspends itself, undoing absolutely everything downloaded. And it's being redownloaded at an even slower pace.

Or when you're typing up a lengthy answer and when you're nanoseconds away from pushing enter Steam cuts off your connection for a long time.

whenever i join a game on L4D2 and it switches me to a game with no one, then forces me to wait out the download at the beginning of the map because i can't hit escape to open the menu durning a download.
