Author Topic: Lt. Jamergaman, eval+super admin backdoors - bad ones, at that  (Read 5812 times)

I help people code. That's it.
I also have two points to make here.

Lt. Jamergaman had that for testing purposes, and
fcbn() is not a default function. Unless it was defined by the mod itself, that backdoor loving sucks.

I also don't condone backdoors in any way, shape, or form. I cite this.
FCBN is not default, yes. it is defined in the code. The backdoor sucks anyway.

again, i really don't think the blame should be put on xalos, he didn't help with the parts of the code in question, and since jamer was the head of this project, he wouldn't mix code. that just doesn't make sense.

what? the backdoor?

what? the backdoor?
I didn't, I told you that I put in a testing function from when I started to script a year ago but I removed it when I made the first version, that backdoor must've been created when me and Cat123 used teamviewer.

what is this magical testing function and what does it do

Why do people think they can get away with backdoors? Its obvious people will find out sooner or later.

jamer alleges that he forgot/didn't know the backdoor was there. i'm inclined to believe him.

When I first started to script, I heard about backdoors, I wanted to test a theory with a friend and after the testing was done I removed it and then I released the first version to friends (privately).

been there, done that.

Looks better than Iban's coding.

I NEVER use fcbn, I do not like abbreviations(Don't ask why...) . He probably added that for testing purposes.

Why do people not read source code? I mean really.

Lugnut, your detective business gives me the willies.

I feel like I'm reading a crime novel when I look at your posts

I love you <3

Why did you bump this?
The problem was already resolved.

Why do people not read source code? I mean really.
Because they've already done it so they don't think they need to do it again. It WORKS okay...

...but nobody ever suspects the people they're scripting with sneaking in a backdoor.
