Does Youtube partnership help in getting video views?

I can almost guarantee you are not a partner. They give most people the ability to monetize their videos, but that's really all they get. Actual partnership comes with a lot more perks.

It tells you you can monetize your videos even if you are uploading your first one. Unless your video had quite a bit of views it will not be monetized and you won't get partnership. It also doesn't help with views, it just means the more views the video has the more money you get from ad money.
