Disable/Activate spawn points?

Yay... my 2nd suggestion today...
Anyway, if it's possible, I think there should be a way to enable/disable curtain spawn points using events.
Since I don't use VCE, is there a way to use it with that? (cause... you know, lots of suggestion events are solved by that)

with other mods, have a central spawn and teleport them there
