i mean, seriously, i go to bed at 10, end up laying there for an hour or two thinking about nothing, then wake up 11 hours later feeling more tired then when i went to bed! what the forget is going on with my sleep cycleS?

I fall asleep at 1 on a late night and wake up around 10 ish on weekends and 6 on school days. my body is just so used to that schedule

i'd rather do something productive than sleeping

I feel lazy when I sleep too much, too. It's good to sleep 7-9 hours, not more.
