what kind of specs does a computer for a dedicated blockland server need?

i can host 2 servers fine

even on ubuntu i have yet to see the servers crash.

I have a good amount of ram for the computer now but I know for a fact the graphics card can't run blockland. Can I still host a dedicated server?

This. A dedicated server is just a black window with white text. That's the only "graphics" it has.
As long as your monitor shows a picture (meaning the card isn't completely fried), your graphics card can handle a dedicated server
