It's on par with a mixture of blaring car horn in your ear, and a plane crashing right next to you.

Holy stuff this happens to me! I didn't know this was actually a thing that other people have. I get a bright white flash and a high pitched tone. No extremely loud sounds though.

It also sounds extremely awesome and I can't wait to bring it up in my next conversation.
