As some of you may know, my internet sucks very bad. I can't deal with this nonsense anymore, I just wasted two hours trying to download Black Mesa: Source. But the Zip file got corrupted afterwards when I downloaded it. I'm at the point where I'm about to throw this stupid blue blinking box out of my window and burn it. I'm just so sick of not being able to watch a 6 minute video on YouTube, and I'm tired of this 600MB download allowance, it's stupid and I'm really mad at the company (HughesNet) that gives me internet. They have been sued before for false advertisement (we didn't know this at the time we bought their services), furthermore almost all of their customers have problems every single day. When you do cancel their services and when you send everything back they don't come and pick up the satellite on-top of your house, or in your yard or whatever. They damage people's home and don't have proper training from what I've heard from other people's experiences. My dad has been on the phone with them several different times for the same problem, but these were days apart. It's ridiculous and when you ask them what's wrong they say it's too busy.. Trying unplugging your modem and hooking it back up. They must understand that unplugging the modem isn't going to help much. And they always ask you to do stupid speed tests which are always slow as heck. The company my dad works for on the other hand is great, they treat their customers with respect and always be careful and they're properly trained and are required to take a class for several weeks. But the company he works for doesn't come all the way out in my area. Anywho HughesNet sucks period, don't buy their awful services.. They just annoy you and make you mad. I hope they're watching me type this write now.
