And how do I make google chrome english? its now installed on dutch and I don't like dutch, I like english better

If I'm not mistaken, that pizza tells you what user you're logged in to Chrome as. It should go away if you disable multi-users. Settings>Users, then delete all but one user.

The language would be Settings>Show advanced settings...>Languages
