1080p refers to the quality when the resolution is 1920x1080 so 1050p would refer to the quality at 1680x1050.
Anything at or above 720p (1280x720) is considered HD I think.
1050p refers to nothing, as the terms 1080p, 720p, 480p, etc. refer to different resolutions for content for TVs.
