Re-upload the Tire Prop

Could somebody re-upload the tire prop? All the links I find are bad, but if they don't work for a reason- stolen, etc, etc, then its fine. But I have many uses for the tire, and if someone could re-upload it with a working link that would be great.

I don't think it was failed, I really can't remember. But I have dug around the forums for a while and all the links are broke that I find.

i could make different tire models - one standing up, laying down, and leaning over at an angle

the only thing is that i don't know how to set the color of specific surfaces instead of entire objects, to get that black/gray patterning

i'll figure something out

Woah man, cheer up.  I uploaded the addon for zandantra, because he asked for it.
Nothing has nothing to do with this.

Also, while yes, the prop system does have its bad points, it works pretty well for a 3 year old addon.
