Face it, the Help section is nearly dead and some people need help fast. Who are you going to call? Ghostbusters An online customer support agent.

Badspot probably doesn't want to waste his money he makes on Glass's alts.

Um.

I can't tell if this is serious or not.

If it is, please don't ever try to run your own business.

I usually look around in the help section.

The Help board is not dead.

It's just that sometimes we simply cannot help the helpless. People give us no details and no help at all in solving their problems and just don't cooperate, and they expect us to be able to figure it out. It's really discouraging. Also, some other problems simply cannot be resolved by us and need an engine fix to solve.

Personally I always try to respond to every Help thread, but sometimes there just isn't a point in trying.



My suggestions if you want actual help:
  • Post your console log. PLEASE.
  • Give a DETAILED explanation of the problem. Include actions you took before the problem occurred, and a screenshot if that would help people understand the problem.
  • Don't start guessing what you think the cause of the problem is. This only confuses people that could otherwise help you. Just say what the symptoms are.
  • COOPERATE with instructions given, even if you don't think they will work.



One more thing... If you don't know what you're talking about, don't try to help!
