Author Topic: Dead Rising 2 Gamer profile problem.  (Read 2085 times)

I recently bought Dead Rising 2 during it's sale, however upon starting up, It asks to sign in. "You are currently not signed into a gamer profile. You will be unable to earn achievements or save game progress. Would you like to sign in?" And it gives me a option to click yes or no. If I click yes, Nothing happens. If I click no, It lets me play the game, but doesnt let me save or gain achievements. Can anyone please help me?

I figured out that I needed GFWL, and a Offline profile. I downloaded Games for Windows Live, Which turned into Games for Windows Market. When I press Home on a game, nothing happens. Its like This, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Yd55Mn6bQQ.

Whenever I install, It says "Ready to open Client" and then it tells me im missing Games for windows Software.

Hmmmm, No matter where I ask, I never seem to get a response.

Still no help, I hate how when I try to get Live, It gives me marketplace.

Live and Marketplace are the same thing.

GFWL/GFWM is only enabled in certain games, such as GTA IV, DiRT 3, etc. If you're having problems with the client executing, you may want to post on Microsoft's forums or file a support ticket.

The GFWLClient brings me into a "Aim" type of login, I dont want that apparently. Nothing pops up in-game either. I probably will have to post in Microsoft's forum.

This is pretty much the only thing I got out of a Live chat.
