I've been looking everywhere and I'm surprised no one has done this yet. What I need is a 1x4x5 blb version of this specific door. Perfect for castles, barns, pirate stuff, etc.

I prefer no frame.

How about stop copying lego and make useful bricks that Blockland and Lego should've had in the first place?

Not saying a barn door isn't useful.
