I like Medium-Well, I prefer to have my meat cooked through, it's not charred, but it's not raw either. I also season my steaks after I grill them, and I pre-marinade them for a few days, so they taste pretty good.

My mom cuts the steaks into 4x4 size pieces, and when ever we have left overs of it, I usually take it out of the fridge and salt it and pretend I'm eating meat in minecraft :>
