Author Topic: Add-On or command that disables the GUI?  (Read 591 times)

I think this would fit in requests but I am not sure this exists.

Is there an addon that removes the building/Screen UIs? I used to use the Camera mod but it causes my resolutions to show up in ratios and the first time I press the keybind to remove the UI it removes shaders also. Then I need to go to a lower shader setting for shaders to work again.

There is a preference in the default tab of the options dialog that says "show HUD" or hide, I forget

at any rate, that is useful when recording.

there's a default keybind to getting rid of the HUD, i remember hitting it once on accident.

to get rid of things like client text, you'll need an addon. i think rtb has several.

I will be recording...and wow I silly for not knowing that was built again. Another reason for me to love Blockland.

Thanks btw lol!

There was also a film mod a couple of years ago that would disable all your huds with a bind. I have it if you want it.

F5, IIRC.

Assuming you're talking about chat, just set the chat timeout to 0.

I don't think I will want to disable chat, I kind of see why Badspot kept it, this say you can have the HUD not displayed but still see chat if you want to talk to your actors/set group.

This has two keybinds, one that disables the hud and one that places (or removes) a camera that can you can look through by going into thirdperson

The camera thing was broken at some point so the camera will follow the path you've went while it was in one place after some amount of time
