Mod or change to move RTB popups at corner of screen

In the case that they are, can they be moved instead of entirely deleted?  The top right would work.

I can't think of a single chat application I use that lets me pick exactly where the notifications come from and I don't have the time or the willpower to add that kind of functionality to RTB. Especially not an entire selection screen. 99% of the time the bottom right of the screen is perfect for notifications.

Did you ever try clicking directly to the left of the notification?
It still counts as you clicking the select button.

It's the logical place for them to be. In the top left you have chat, top right, tools, bottom left, paint. What exactly are they even obscuring in your screenshot?

Where else do you want them to be? The middle of the screen?

I don't want to see them. Period.
