I read it. If the admins have done nothing about it then I guess it isn't considered spam. And personally, if someone told me what he thought was wrong and added "good sir" I would ban them just because I think they're being a smartass.

Family Rp: Most of these servers are stuff and go nowhere.
No Spam Rule: This says itself pretty clear, but thinking it's a Free-Build, the rule is invalid since the host does nothing about it.
