your computer seems completely fine, the cpu is a bit old, but blockland should run just fine, i doubt it is your computer then

this is baloney, I had 800MB of RAM on my previous computer and I hosted servers with a problem.

Try removing some add-ons.
Wrong. Blockland plays fine on 512MB of RAM.

Well I exaggerated a little. But only a little, every time I start a server it takes like 10 minutes to load, even with 10 add-ons other than default, tops. Yes the game itself runs great, so Ram probably isn't a problem I admit. But the loading time takes forever

The second thing is that you have a GTX 460...why in the world you pair a CPU like the AMD Sempron 140 with a GTX 460 (seriously, it makes no sense for you to do that)?

The problem is that the AMD Sempron 140 is bottle necking the GTX 460, you need to upgrade that CPU to something equivalent to the GTX 460 which could be an Athlon ii X4 or better yet a Phenom ii x4.

I did it because my uncle works for Nividia and he gave me it for free 
I'm planning on upgrading my processor when I get my paycheck. I am wondering if there's anything else I should upgrade while I am at it.
My power source is 460watts or 500 watts. I'll check out the Athlons and phenoms at frys thanks.

You'll probably need a new motherboard that supports the higher wattage processors.
