Four years ago blockland never gave my computer problems...

Why is it that blockland requires so much memory now compared to four years ago. Even with all of the settings low and rendering off my computer begins to overheat. My computer can run Fallout 3 New Vegas, Batman Arkham City with no issues and not on the lowest settings either but when it comes to this game Blockland, the one that came out in the early two thousand I risk crashing my computer if i dare to bump my settings up a little? What is this nonsense. I just really want to start playing the game again and I feel like there has to be a fix for my troubles. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to solve this problem thank you.

Actually I used to have a computer that needed a memory card inserted because the memory was so loving low
But blockland ran really fine exept when I played in bed room it lagged like hell!

If you haven't already, replace the case of your computer with something that makes it look like a bat mobile.

Wrong. Blockland plays fine on 512MB of RAM.

this is baloney, I had 800MB of RAM on my previous computer and I hosted servers with a problem.

I hardly have any add-ons I just installed blockland this week. I downloaded merely the essentials. What do I purchase to get more ram? What I do know is My graphics card is overpowered compared to the rest of the computer. Could that be the issue?
