That is the opening for ProjectControl, made in Flash. It will be a story, also a game about a group of people in a sci-fi virtual reality game who are being experimented on by outside controls.

Game maker isnt a completely terrible game making engine.

It's probably going to be rpg maker or I'll code the game myself
