Step 1: Spawn any vehicle
Step 2: Create a vehicle spawn above the vehicle, uncollide it
Step 3: Spawn a pirate cannon or tank turret above the vehicle, it will fall down and go in the driver seat of the vehicle below
Step 4: Spawn more vehicles above it until all slots are filled

If you want more than cannon piled up you must stay in the original turret at all times
