Heart Health Bar

So what I was thinking of is if we can make a green lined health bar, would it be possible to replace it so it's hearts? Kinda of like Legend of Zelda or a bunch of other games.
Do you think it would be possible? I mean, maybe it could be possible, maybe it couldn't.
This would also work for a Blockland Adventure gamemode if there's one made.
So what do you guys think?

It would be possible, but it would need a client.cs and a server.cs. So if you didn't have the mod than you wouldn't see the hearts.

bottomprint/centerprint (i forget), which, would conflict with a bajillion other mods that use bottomprint/centerprint.
