Only the AMD A series have integrated graphics, the rest of the AMD processors (Athlon, phenom, FX) don't have integrated graphics. As for the Intel, all of their CPUs have integrated graphics however you can still have that and a dedicated GPU, you can switch between then and then I believe that Nvidia has done something so that you can use both, meaning the intel HD can be used to give off a slight boost...I could be wrong about that last one I don't remember.
My laptop is an ASUS with some Intel i5 CPU and Nvidia Optimus (the dual-gpu thing). Each application will only use one of them; while not having to render the desktop might give a slight performance boost, the real benefit is the battery life. Also, it works pretty much fine with Linux (using Bumblebee).

Dell Inspiron N5110

It runs every game I've ever tried to play on it, including:

Blockland (Max Settings)
Garrys Mod (Max Settings)
TF2 (Max Settings)
Farcry 2 (Max Settings)
Half Life 2 (Max Settings)
And a bunch of other games. I have shaders on and it works perfectly fine.

I got mine for $600 last year. I got what I paid for.
I have one of these. They're brilliant.

I think these laptops are made for gaming or something, because I can host a server at the same time and not get any performance decrease.

That's what I'm saying. :p These laptops are incredible.

My $300 eMachines e725 can run them on minimum... But you might want something like that Dell.

If you're going to shell out the money for an ASUS G75VW, get it with the GTX 670M.

You should look into MSI for any notebooks with the Nvidia GTX 680M.
