How do you make looping avatars? I always see people with their avatars changing colors every now and then. How do you do that?

It's just a simple animation. Frame by frame pictures so to speak.

I recomend Gimp.

they're .gif files and you can find them all over the internet.
you can make your own in GIMP.

oh and be sure the .gif image size is smaller or equal to 75x75, otherwise it won't animate when you upload it to the forum.

actually what he meant to say was INGAME avatar changes.

oh...it's a mod but it was fail binned. dont use it.

This is true.
It caused some servers to lag and, honestly, hacked Blockland.

It did not hack Blockland. It just changed your avatar.

Specify if you mean forums avatar or in game player avatar.

In game avatar changer "Rainbow Player" is a mess of code and has been CRC'ed due to poor scripting, having a back door, and being claimed to lag servers through multiple avatar change requests.

A Forums "Animated Avatar" is a small animation at 75x75 pixels size. If the animation exceeds a certain size limit, the animation will not play. If your size limit is too high, try dropping frames and/or reducing quality.
