I own BF3.

It's a solid game. I enjoy it, but it's a little scary when you get knifed in multi-player.

depends on what you're looking for
there is no real game this era that gives you the full bf2 feel
arma 2 is too hardcore
bf3 feigns hardcore but is much more tame
cod is straight up arcadey
bf2 had like the perfect balance between hardcore and softcore

i like bf3s systems more though

the bad company games are not real battlefields. they added a bunch of gay cod style stuff to them and dumbed down the massive size of the "battlefield" for console cigarettes.
bf3 is actually very much like the original real battlefields.
why is it you bad company guys think bf3 is a sequel to your games lol. when its not.

I actually enjoyed the first Bad Company. Mostly because you couldn't rush into enemy fire with out thinking it through, which was a result of the fact that there was no regen health unless you were an assault or a medic.
