This kinda already exists in Destiny's script "Rampaging Vehicles". With it, vehicles moving at adequate velocity can damage bricks, each other, etc., allowing for more collision-based combat and general nonsense.

Also, your request seems really ambiguous. On one hand you're askin for collision damage with vehicles, and on the other hand you're asking for events to interact with vehicle. If you make the thread title and the request itself more specific, that might be helpful to everyone involved.
