1x1F with 'pointing'

Basically I need a 1x1F brick that uses a method like teledoors to point in its facing direction.

As an alternative, I'd also be OK with a brick that uses the vehicle spawn graphic to point, but I'd much prefer the aforementioned.

Sorry to bump this, but I decided that it's probably pretty important after all.

This is going to be used in a mod that relies heavily on orientation of 1x1F bricks, and since it's hard to rely on users to know this instinctively, something like this would make it at least 200% easier to use.
