Try Puppy Linux. If I remember right it's small and it should suit your needs until you get a flash drive.

I'm installing Arch, and I'm stuck on the part where I have to configure my network again. I try using wifi-menu but it says I need to install Dialog but I can't since I don't have internet

If you can't fit the OS onto a CD, try a DVD, they have more capacity.

Go to someone's PC, burn a ArchLinux disc, run it on your PC, go to this youtube video and that's how you install Arch, then go here and that's how you install a desktop environment. From there you can configure it HOW EVER THE forget YOU WANT!!1
