All is well in the world.
Don't use speedfan. It gives you the main CPU temperature, which could be 20 degrees lower than the actual temperature of your cores (the part that actually matters). Speedfan shows my CPU at 100% as 35 degrees, but coretemp shows temps as high as 60. Speaking of which, you have to show good temps at 100% load to make sure your CPU is stable. Speedfan also doesn't show your clock multiplier, which is very important as well
