Yeah, for my WIP city i need a spotlight to add more ambience to it, here's the details:

It needs to be a bot or vehicle, bot is recommended.

must have on/off versions

the light is a transparent shape basically, make a blue and yellow version of it, please.

Beam of light, its an transparent shape with no colision, which range is very large, also it glows.
