Looks pretty apocalyptic, what are you going to do with it?

It looks ok,

the buildings themselves look good. The problem is that the buildings don't look as ruined as they should, look at the afghan build, there's ruins everywhere
As for the growth itself, you definitely used too much of the same brick type. It looks very spammy, no offense. Try using 1x1 green bricks as vines running along the sides of the buildings or something like that. On the floor try making patches of grass growing over the sidewalk and maybe some small bushes. I know I'm not the best builder around, but here's a build I made you can sort of use for reference -

Also why are there random cubes and rounds on the roofs? There's not exactly much of anything that could crumble or deteriorate to make ruins there, let alone one's like that. Try making holes in them or adding borders around the edges that can be shuffled around to look old and ruined instead

Logans idea of better roads and mr. nobody's idea of floating debris are also really good ideas, if you can you should do those too

Hm, good point. Should I just hand build my own 'plant' bricks in different variations, and then dupe them everywhere? Oh, and to make it SUPER overgrown like in the picture... paint some bricks green maybe?
No, your focusing on the wrong thing. You need to make the building destroyed, and frayed. If you took the plants away in your current build it would look like a functioning city. You need to have crumbling walls, caved in roofs, and rotting cars in the streets. The plants are completely secondary. The actual structure of the buildings should be what you are worried about.

Shouldn't call it overgrown.

I enjoy parts of it. Some broken buildings and the idea of having only partial accessible interiors.

Lacks rubble, trash and chaos in general which is what I want from such an apocalyptic build.

why would you bump this

9.5/10 need some little things, i think :3

Looks nice. Though i'm not sure the weeds would sprout upside down on the buildings, try making it look more like ivy climbing up the walls.

Reminds me of The Last Of Us, nice build.
It seems as though this is the look you were going for, especially with the last pick with the flooding.
