What do you guys prefer in colorset organization?

hue organization is no good and saturation / lightness is ideal for scrolling through all the colors you have at once and useful for themed builds that dont use a ton of bright hues or slightly different shades.

Colorsets organized like that are complete stuff.  No serious builder uses a colorset like that, none of them.  It's almost impossible to create a good build with colorsets like that because the variety of colors is so awful.  You can't build something with only 6-8 different hues to pick from..  The bottom one IS organized, just not by hue.  It doesn't have to be organized by hue to be a good colorset..  It's organized by tone and the type of color.  It makes total sense..

You clearly have no sense of observation or how colors actually work.  Look outside, could you paint me a picture of what you see using only the colors given to you in the top palette?  No.  That's handicapped, it wouldn't work.
