What do you guys prefer in colorset organization?

I've seen two different styles of colorset organization: by hue, and by saturation. So I was wondering what you guys prefer.
Example of a colorset organized by hue:

definitely the bottom one
i like light to dark

also if you are making a colourset be sure to make it in an organized box, not like some coloursets with different amouns of colour in each line

Of course. I understand there's like hundreds of colorsets already, but I figured I would try my hand since the one I made 2 years ago when I was absolutely handicapped was pretty crappy.

Use the first one. On the second one you find absolutely nothing because the related colors aren't in the same place.

So basically you should use the bottom one ;)

The bottom one is complete stuff and noone finds any colors in it. Reds go to reds, greys go to greys and blues go to blues etc. Stop trying to fool this guy into creating a stuffty colorset.

But the top one doesn't look as nice. The bottom one is a burst of color that will spark your imagination. The bottom one is a bunch of hues.

how are you supposed to find SPECIAL UNIQUE COLORS
using a hue ordered colorset
how will you incorperate NEON
NAVY
SOFT
AND OTHER ONE-USE COLORS
