Dust: An Elysian Tail addon?

I would like to be able to have an addon that has items from Dust: An Elysian tail. Maybe food? Ahrah? Decals? All the requirements needed to make these things are not availiable to me, so could someone make them, Please?

Decals would be easy to do yourself (you would be suprised, actually) while the others require coding. Also, don't make your text teal. It doesn't make you cool or special.
