Purchased a video capture device off Ebay, Software CD came blank, please help

I made this for my records to show the condition it was in before returning it to the seller
I was not able to get anything to work with it after the install was done
It would not even come up on the PC screen
The only thing that would happen is that the Vivastation software program (On the disk) it would only show the splash screen logo and then nothing after that and then the Schedule agent would not popup out of the taskbar So it was useless to me and had to return it to the seller
Still waiting for seller to reply to me before I can return it to them
