Purchased a video capture device off Ebay, Software CD came blank, please help

Guys, I need help with this. I purchased this little capture device called the Gamecap made by KonixTech (it's not manufactured by Roxio) off of Ebay to record gameplay and Let's Plays for Youtube from my TV but when it was finally delivered all the way from China, the disc that was supposed to have the drivers and software was completely blank, no data whatsoever was on it. I've been contacting the seller on EBay for quite a while now but she doesn't fully understand me and has been trying to give me the files I need without sending me a disc to save money, unsuccessfully I might add.

I was wondering if any of you could possibly help me find its software online. This is what the device looks like:

(Underneath the picture of the setup application for Driver, it says Konix, if that helps)

And please don't tell me it's my fault for buying a cheap thing like this. Yeah, I know it's not the best but I got it for a reasonable deal and it works well when I hooked it up to my TV.

Just look for the drivers online. They're probably available on the manufacturer's website.

it's probably roxio. think about it. why would there be two companies, one of which we don't know the name of, with two similar looking products of the same name, with the same function?

edit: if it's truly not roxio, google some words from the installation guide to see if you can find an online version. that online version should be hosted on the manufacturer's website.

OH MY GOD thank you! So much! But I can't find the drivers I need there. Lemme check again.

That device looks nothing like mine. I posted a picture of mine in the OP.
