I'm not saying it should. What I meant, and what you should have known, is that blue water isn't interesting and doesn't imitate a fictional soda that glows in dark. There are ways that involve the chemicals inside of glowsticks that can make the water glow blue. While you aren't supposed to ingest the liquid, blue water is very appetising either.
