that's why i said "only if you really want", i.e. they offer something really good and they don't have problems in your area.

in baltimore they tend to have a subpar reputation to verizon.

Comcast's service varies a lot depending on your area.
I think if you live in a densely populated area it will be much worse than in a rural town.

AT&T is the worst isp i have ever had to deal with. Fios is the best option, and second from that is comcast. anything else isn't worth your time.

I had Time Warner Internet for almost all of my life until the summer of 2011. It used to be amazing, but the connection kept freezing and every 1-2 months it'd stop working, it was extremely slow too. Time Warner cable was worse too, they were constantly removing channels, the TV kept freezing, sound sometimes wouldn't be provided, etc. Time Warner used to be one of the best cable companies, what happened to it?

my parents have had comcast internet for a couple years and it beats the stuff out of AT&T by a landslide

ive always had the luxury of 2.5mb/s download speeds on comcast and recently (in the last year) it has gone up to about 7 mb/s and we def pay less than like $100 for internet

a large sum of my friends have comcast and i have like 1 friend that has AT&T and her internet constantly forgets up and she gets like 200 ping and ugh jeez
