a ps3 is going to be a lot cheaper because the ps4's release. also, i don't have 400 dollars.

Solution: Don't live where I live. My wifi is also limited to 14GB a month, so no videos, big game downloads (includes Steam), and go to heavily advertised sights sparingly. It sucks bad.
