Respect those living like you would the dead.

the idea of overly respecting dead people is so unfathomably silly, especially in cases like this when it's just some random druggie on the internet

oh forget you. he meant a lot to lots of people. if he was just a "random druggie", people would not have expressed sorrow.
edit: i know this word is overused, but stop trying to act so loving edgy. i suppose a better term would be "tryhard".

plenty of various people mean lots to plenty of various other people
how does that make anyone special

what the forget does this even mean? here's what i'm saying:

that "random druggie" had meaningful relationships with a lot of people on this forum. why wouldn't people talk about his death?

how was I being disrespectful, I asked a legit question

Today at approximately 1:00 PM Pacific Time, your friend, 'SuperSnake117' as he is called here, was killed while sledding down a steep hill when a truck hit him and killed him a few seconds after. I would just like to inform you on this rather unfortunate event. If you comment, I may take time to answer it.

Okay, locking before a flamewar happens.

Hi, I'm Trinick, your local expert on and representative of HPRC. He was one of my closest friends and pretty much a father figure when he died.

HPRC had long struggled with depression and other mental illnesses. He had a constantly evolving roostertail of medications that he took, but everything has side effects. In the long run, he was unable to solve his depression and he would lay in bed for weeks on end, during which me and my friends would wonder where he went and if he'd ever come back.

On the morning of March 3rd, 2012, I received a text message from HPRC's number supposedly from his sister informing me of his demise. I thought it was a joke and paid no attention. That evening, Robo Noob discovered that the text message I received was unfortunately correct. After months of struggling with severe depression, HPRC had finally ended his life by combining an overdose of prescription drugs and alcohol with suffocation via plastic bag. His body was not found until several hours later, when it was far too late to save him.

HPRC was one of the most friendly and intelligent people I'd ever met. Without him, I would be a drastically different person and I am so grateful for everything he's done for me. It's unfortunate that not all of you got to meet him, he was truly a great guy.
