Playertype help

When ever I go to a player type and pull up any tool up the player type dissapears.
Is there a fix for this?

Do not use the multiple slots player type, as it might cause the problem.

What playertype are you talking about?
If it's the Alien vs Predator playertypes, that's normal. With any others, I'm not sure what's wrong.
