Is the avatar upload error still present?

Just checking if anyone else still cannot upload an avatar, because I have not been able to. Is there something I'm doing wrong, I'm trying to upload a 65 x 65 animated GIF.

try having the file size being lower than, say, 30kb

Yeah. I've only been able to use images that are under 3kb.
