GTA V Snapmatic Problem (Still)

So each time I try and take and save a picture using the phone in gta v campaign or multiplayer this pops up. "Online Service has been Disabled on Your Account." Help me please!!

did you register for rockstar games social club and link your psn id or xbl gamertag?

Yup did that. Then tried it again after deactivating it. Still nothing.
