Sadbump

I got it for Christmas!

I stopped liking CNC after CNC 3. I hated the unit designs in Red Alert 3 and that cartoony art style.

Everything about CNC 4 was terrible and nothing from that game should ever be applied to future titles.

Generals was okay, but didn't feel like a Command and Conquer game. Generals 2 had some weird unit design, but the gameplay was too fast paced and lacked that Command and Conquer feeling. Generals 2 had a lot of bad things going for it such as being free to play, using the unmoddable frostbite engine, faced paced gameplay similar to that of Starcraft 2, tried emulating Starcraft 2, no campaign.

For future games I hope EA either gives the rights to the game Petrogylph studios since they are mostly former-westwood employees, or they put someone who knows what the hell they are doing that can actually make a good strategy game that doesn't try to copy something or turn into a generic MOBA.

Red Alert 2 best CNC
It's good, although I have bed memories of the mass GI prism tower and patriot missile defense. It was unreachable unless you had super weapons turned on.

Petrogylph has made very good games in the past, such as Empire at War.
